“Is it Wednesday already?” Remember when that used to be a thing I’d say all the time? Only now we live in 2020, the year that stretches out into infinity and makes you feel like you’re stuck in some weird hell in which you get your wish of more hours in the day by way of those hours just oozing by at a sluggish pace.
This comic is based on my teenage son, who loves to pounce on me anytime I accidentally misspeak, as if being an editor means my brain has to work perfectly all the time. Ha!
And yes, he’ll usually ask what’s for lunch not long after.
